Here at Sigmacon we firmly believe this philosophy and aim to provide a structured, responsive customer support function that is both user friendly and easy to understand. We can provide our customers with service contract options to suit your requirements.

On the occasions when it is necessary for a service engineer to visit, having discussed the problem with the service co-ordinator the engineer will be appropriately briefed to resolve the issue with a minimum of delay. Parts, if needed, are typically carried by the engineer or can be rapidly despatched from our technical centre.

Levels of support are dependent on the type of contract taken out
