Micromanipulator: AcuSpot
The Lumenis 712 Acuspot combines the precision that you would expect from an Acuspot Micromanipulator whilst also providing its users with the advantages of being able to work from a variable distance (200 mm to 400 mm).
The AcuSpot ensures minimal thermal trauma and tissue necrosis which in turn leads to a significant reduction in post-operative edema and promotes superior healing. The AcuSpot can easily be combined with the Lumenis' SurgiTouchTM flash scanner to enhance char-free, layer-by-layer tissue ablation capabilities.
The AcuSpot 712 L/Z has a much larger gimbal mirror, making it suitable for use on large objective lens microscopes or in cases of small microscope magnification.
AcuBladeTM
AcuBlade is a scanning micromanipulator. It combines the SurgiTouch computerized laser scanning system with an operating microscope, permitting highly uniform, user-defined control over incision length, ablation area and ablation depth during procedures.

SurgitouchTM MS 780 FlashScan
The Surgitouch MS 780 consists of a FlashScan scanner and a user interface which has pre-set recommendations for treatment parameters by speciality and by application.
The large brightly lit display is extremely user friendly providing the operator with step-by-step operating instructions. The Surgitouch can be used with Lumenis' full range of CO2 lasers.
The FlashScan technology is required when using the AcuBladeTM and is recommended when using the Oral Pharyngeal, BeamAlign Laparoscopic coupler, AcuSpotTM, MicroSladTM and ColpoSladTM micromanipulators
Oral Pharyngeal and Nasal Kit
The Oral Pharyngeal and Nasal Kit can be ordered individually or as an accessory for use with the SurgiTouch scanning system.
In this kit proprietary laser scanning technology has been incorporated into two unique sets of instruments for treating the uvula, soft palate, tonsils, oral mucosa and nasal septum with the CO2 laser. The continuous variable defocus (CVD) optic allows fingertip transition from cut to ablate without procedural interruptions.
By simply changing the tips supplied with the set both straight and lateral lasing can be easily achieved. A mirror tip is also included to access more difficult to target areas.
Xplume: Smoke evacuation System
The Xplume smoke evacuation system offers optimal filtration of 0.1 microns at 99.99999987% efficiency and it captures contaminants larger and smaller than 0.1 microns even more efficiently. The Xpume utilises a combination of HEPA and ULPA filters in order to achieve its excellent level of filtration.
The Xplume is compact with a built in handle making it extremely portable. It is virtually noiseless and its pneumatic footswitch makes it easy to use.
Nasal and Laryngeal Probes
Lumenis' line of nasal accessories allow for easy accessibility to the deepest recesses of the nasal passage and turbinate regions within the preferred CO2 wavelength.
The probes are designed for maximum visibility with integrated smoke evacuation to maintain a clear field within the confines of nasal specula.
Longer probes are designed for laryngeal applications, especially involving small children.
Laser Bronchoscope Set
The 781 Bronchoscope delivery system includes four different tubes and a bronchoscope to laser coupler.
For laser surgery, the bronchoscope to laser coupler attaches the bronchoscope to the laser unit's articulated arm and directs the laser beam through the bronchoscope's working channel.
For best results use the 781 Bronchoscope with the Lumenis Surgitouch user interface and scanner.
Laser Glasses
Our CO2 laser goggles are CE marked.
